Leadership

“And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching.” — Hebrews 10:24-25

Frankie Pavia

Pastor of Student Ministries

Frankie grew up in Rockaway Beach, NY with his mother and two older sisters.  He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biblical Studies from Pillar College and soon will complete a Masters in Global Studies from Liberty University. His wife, Keyla, serves Pillar College full-time as the VP of Institutional Outreach.

Both Frankie and Keyla have passionate hearts for young people and the Church as a whole.  Frankie states,  “I am passionate about being able to help shape and mold a generation that will become the next group of believers that can shake the world. I firmly believe that God calls even the youngest children to be workers in the Kingdom, and if we can assist in any way, it would be by making ourselves available to teach and disciple our children to lead a life which is pleasing to God.”

With Frankies leading, they will tackle the critical task of developing and building strong  Jr. High outreach and discipleship ministries that undergird our current Sr. High ministry while providing depth for the future.

Frankie and Keyla were blessed with a son, Evan, in August of 2013 and are excited about their new ministry work here at Grace.

Caroline Parker

Worship Leader

Carolines walk with Jesus began at a young age when she accepted Christ as her Savior during a revival meeting that her pastor/father was leading.  At that time, she realized that when she grew up, she wanted to sing songs about Jesus and tell others about His love for them.

To pursue this calling and to develop her abilities, she attended the Wheaton College Conservatory of Music where she received her BM in Voice Performance and where she continued her piano studies.  During her college days, Caroline grew in her passion for the Lord and deeply desired to use her gifts to serve Him.  Incidentally, while at Wheaton, she also grew in her love for her then boyfriend, Whitney, and now husband of 25 years!

And for over 25 years, she has fulfilled her desires in numerous settings as a worship leader, songwriter, soloist,  accompanist, teacher, director and coordinator.  For 10 years she was a member of a Christian  band and recorded various projects using many of her original songs.

Upon moving to Bedminster in 2002, Caroline and her family made Grace their home church.  Soon afterwards, she and her girls, Leslie and Abby, began using their various gifts to build up the body.

In 2008, Caroline officially joined the staff at Grace to lead the Worship and Music Ministries.  She continues to consider it an amazing  privilege to serve the body and to lead others in worship. In 2010, she completed her training for the Early Childhood Music Program, Music Together, and has taught many classes here at Grace.
